How different are your replica phones from the originals?
The phones are 99% like their original prototypes. They feel, look and even weight the same. The firmware is CECT based and not original, but offers the same features of the original firmware and even more!
Does the VERTU replica say ‘VEPTU’?
No, our VERTU replicas say VERTU, like the original. There are two versions – with a digital camera and without – the original comes without a camera.
Does your VERTU replica have the Concierge service?
No, our VERTU replicas cannot be registered at VERTU HQ and are not liable for the Concierge service.
What languages are available?
The language packs are different for each model and are listed in the product details for each definite model.
Do your phone copies work with any wireless operator?
The replica phones are designed and programmed to work with all GSM Dual Band 900/1800 MHz and Tri Band 900/1800/1900 MHz phone operators. Before purchasing make sure that your operator supports the band specifications for each phone model. All our replica phones (including NOKIA copy and VERTU replica) are UNLOCKED to work with any operator.
Are the phone replicas made of real gold?
The phones are gold plated (where applicable) – which means that they’re made of metal and covered with a very thin layer of real gold.
Is there any warranty?
Yes, there is. 12 months on all repairs.

Shipping and Payment

How can I pay and why do I get an error (###)?
Lux Replica Phones accepts VISA & Master Card credit cards, and BANK WIRE TRANSFERS. A 100% upfront payment is required. The LIMIT per purchase is 1300 USD (including shipping). If you get an error made up of a 3-digit number code – this means that your payment has been blocked by our processor as a possible fraud attempt. Please, contact our support service for more information with your error code.
How long does it take to ship to my country and which shipping methods are available?
It usually takes 6-7 business days to ship to any country. We use FedEx, DHL, EMS and TNT to ship our replica phones. Unfortunately you are not liable to choose the method of shipping; it is up to us, as we know which shipping company has much better customs clearance and best delivery times for your specific country.
Is there any EXPRESS delivery service?
No. Express batches have a low customs clearance and are at risk of being confiscated in certain countries.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary from 30 USD to 70 USD depending on the method we choose and the country you reside in. Simply add the desired products to your online shopping cart and your shipping cost will be calculated. NOTE: There are no obligations; you will be able to delete the replica phones from your shopping cart with a few mouse clicks. Also, you can visit the Shipping Section and get the average prices to your country.
What country are you located in?
We have three offices - South Korea, China and Hong Kong. Although our phones are produced in South Korea, all products are shipped from Shenzhen, China, since it is a tax-free zone and trade, shipping and insurance rates allow us to keep prices in the low zone for South Korean Vertu replicas.
How can I track my package, do I get a tracking number?
You will be given a tracking number as soon as it is available. It is best to track your replica phone package on Chinese tracking websites for the first 3-4 business days. Then visit your local shipment tracking website. PLEASE NOTE: All online tracking is updated with 12-24 hour delays.
Can you give me a better price?
Sure! If you buy 10 or more pieces per week, we will be more than pleased to give you 10% or more discount on all of them! Only bank transfers are allowed on bulk orders. Do you ship to any country?
We try to ship to any country, but there is a list of countries that are very troublesome in terms of customs regulations and law. Most US, European and African countries are eligible to get our replica phones without any problems. Other regions should contact support after having gained enough information on their local customs regulations.
Can you mark the shipment as ‘GIFT’ or ‘FOR PERSONAL USE’?
Yes, we can do that. But you should notify us upon ordering.
What happens if my local customs office is not willing to clear my phone?
This happens very rarely and as our past experience has shown such cases can be solved easily. We are willing to cooperate and provide your customs office with any information for you to receive your phone with a minimum delay. Our 24-hour support service team will quickly and easily provide you with the guidance needed to receive your phone. Again, this happens very rarely.
