Hi, before I order, what is the difference between the plastic and the steel key pad? Is it just the material or the colour aswell? And does this phone come with only English letters and numbers on it's keypad like the original?
Material is the only difference. All models have keypads with only English letters.
Do yo have to you the key to open the back to get the battery out or you just need to slide the back and thats all?

Do you feel that this is still the best looking signature clone? Is the firmware similar to that of the original? Does each phone have it's own unique IMEI? Hi. I have another version of this phone but i got it for a shop in Hong Kong. The logo in the ceremaic pillow faded and now totally gone. Does this version or any of your phones vertu logo fade or rubs off?
The logo is protected under special plastic. It will not fade as it's under a thick layer of durable material.

Hello, do these phones have different imei numbers or are they all the same. I have a vertu ascent ti which is blocked by the major operatoprs in the UK as the imei is a widely used one.
