i have the vertu ascent t1 black, i bought it from a friend last july 2008 and paid quite a large sum of money for a used phone ($xxxx.xx). The charger socket on the real VERTU phone supports a regular NOKIA charger, while the replica line has got its' own chargers. You can also send in some photos of the software, the back compartment (where the sim, SD and battery go) and we'll tell you definately.

The original comes with floodlit keys and has got a microSD slot. It's very hard to tell the original from the replica. If you can send some photos over to us - we'll be glad to find out for you.

First of all i would like to apologize for doubting your company. I ordered the Ascent TI some time back and i was very pleased with my phone and the service was excellent. Unfortunately i some how broke the small "latch" on the back cover and requested a replacement. First of all Lux-Replica-Phones asked me to email them a photo of the broken back cover, which i did, They told me that a replacement would be shipped to me and appologised for the inconvenience. After about a week i emailed them ( rather a lot) saying why it was taking so long etc, etc and was politely told that they were waiting for the item to be in stock. I rather foolishly got a bit upset with them thinking that i was being ignored and would never see the replacement back cover. Only last night i had another go at the poor chap at customer care and told them what i thought. BUT, guess how bad i felt when this morning my replacement back cover arrived!! With NO extra cost to myself. So i am writing this email with my humblelist appologise for doubting Lux-Replica-Phones. Those who are thinking of making a purchase from Lux-Replica-Phones should do so with confidence becouse they provide a very good service during your order AND after if there is a problem. There are several versions of the Ascent Ti available. But none of them are Quad-Band (850/900/1800/1900 Mhz), you can have either 850/900/1800 or 900/1800/1900. Thank you for your interest.

There is little difference. The size and weight are the same and the menu is copied. Sounds, icons and features are of the original VERTU Ascent Ti. The Concierge Service is unavailable, though.
